Early Head Start

Located in Alton, IL, Early Head Start is dedicated to providing essential, comprehensive child development and family support services tailored for low-income infants, toddlers, and pregnant women. Center-Based services deliver quality care and education in a nurturing environment, complemented by staff home visits to strengthen family connections at least twice a year. For families preferring a more personalized approach, our Home-Based services include weekly visits to promote child development and empower parents, along with bi-monthly group gatherings for families to connect, learn, and grow together. Additionally, we offer Family Child Care services in a warm, family-like setting, as well as Combination services that blend home and center experiences.
