OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Algonquin, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance designed specifically for their needs. Our program offers a range of resources, including a $200 financial grant, $100 gas card, and $100 grocery card to help alleviate daily burdens. We also emphasize emotional well-being through psycho-social counseling sessions conducted over the phone by licensed clinical social workers, as well as genetic counseling sessions for additional support. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients, ensuring that support is accessible. Application processing is based on the order of receipt, with grants contingent upon available funding, all aimed at uplifting these remarkable individuals during their journey.
