MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Winter Springs, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to appropriate weight management resources. We offer a variety of engaging treatment options, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which connects Veterans with clinicians from the comfort of their homes. For those who wish to manage their weight independently, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, for Veterans who have faced challenges despite previous efforts, we offer weight loss medications and access to bariatric surgery. We invite Veterans eager to improve their health to speak with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to discover how to get involved in this supportive program.
