Leslie Fritjofson

Leslie Fritjofson is a dedicated Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern who is passionate about walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing. She is honored to support clients as they uncover new aspects of their stories and navigate the emotional challenges they face. With a focus on fostering emotional safety, Leslie creates a nurturing environment where her clients can experience healthy vulnerability and find strength in their struggles. Specializing in working with teenagers, young adults, and those going through life transitions, she has ample experience in child welfare, supporting at-risk youth, and addressing the needs of the homeless population. Leslie is notably trained in Adoption Competency, offering guidance to those grappling with adoption-related narratives. Her diverse therapeutic approach incorporates modalities such as Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), EMDR, and Trauma-Focused therapy, among others. She understands that reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but with Leslie, individuals will find a supportive ally who is ready to celebrate accomplishments and stand firm through trying times. Through shared storytelling and comprehensive support, Leslie looks forward to helping her clients achieve emotional well-being and resilience.
