Alexa Andino: Resilience Within Counseling

Alexa Andino is a dedicated registered mental health counselor intern with a Master's degree in mental health counseling. She believes in the inherent resilience of individuals to overcome life's challenges and empowers her clients to reclaim control both in therapy and their personal lives. Specializing in supporting sexual trauma survivors, individuals grappling with depression, and the LGBTQIA+ community, Alexa is passionate about guiding individuals, couples, and families through their healing journeys and helping them to rewrite their life narratives. Her goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment for clients to achieve meaningful healing. With a focus on establishing therapeutic relationships rooted in trust and comfort, Alexa supports clients at their own pace. Additionally, she works with families and individuals facing issues related to domestic violence, trauma, loss, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, excessive stress, anxiety, sexual concerns, and relationship dynamics. Alexa is eager to extend her expertise and support to those in need.
