By offering crucial financial assistance, CORE helps families manage essential expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, funeral costs, medical bills, therapy, and hospital-related expenditures, including travel and childcare needs like diapers and formula. This compassionate support extends to childcare costs to ease the burden on working families. To ensure fair access, former recipients may reapply for assistance only after 12 months from their previous grant award, with a lifetime cap of $7,500 for support.
