With expertise in individual and couple’s therapy, Rachel addresses issues such as conflict resolution, anger, anxiety, porn and sex addiction, recovery from abuse and trauma, betrayal trauma, depression, mood disorders, and drug and alcohol misuse. While she holds the covenant of marriage in high regard, Rachel's personal experience with divorce equips her with a unique understanding of the pain involved. She has a keen focus on co-parenting and divorce recovery processes. Rachel earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Central Florida and her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Additionally, she is certified in sexual addiction by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and is an active member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
