Home Delivered Meals, located in Winter Garden, FL, is dedicated to providing nutritious meal options tailored to meet the specific dietary needs of individuals covered by Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our program offers Home Delivered Meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to support overall health and well-being for clients with various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, with menus free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Whether beneficiaries of Medicaid and the Older Americans Act or those wishing to enroll in our self-pay program, clients can enjoy the convenience of carefully crafted meals delivered directly to their homes for only $7.75 per meal. We encourage individuals and caregivers in need of food assistance to check their eligibility with their Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or local Area Agency on Aging, and to explore our additional services, including Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, which may also be available through their health plans.
