Leah Gooley

Leah Gooley

West Palm Beach, FL US
Leah Gooley is a dedicated therapist who understands the challenges faced by busy parents navigating overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and burnout. Many of her clients come to her when their journeys through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experiences don’t unfold as expected, leaving them feeling shaken and disconnected. Leah specializes in helping individuals who are deeply engaged in the journey of conscious parenting while confronting their own childhood wounds. She recognizes that life can feel incredibly difficult, and for her clients, change needs to happen swiftly. Leah provides guidance to facilitate profound transformations, allowing them to process their pain and prevent it from being passed on to their children. Utilizing powerful techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Leah assists her clients in recovering from trauma while alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression. For those parents whose lives don’t allow for a pause in healing, Leah offers 1-3 day EMDR intensives that enable quicker resolution. Together, she and her clients work to process the past and rewrite their narratives, leading to renewed peace and contentment in life’s seasons. It is her honor to create a safe space for individuals to break cycles for themselves and future generations.
