The Home Delivered Meals program, operated by the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast in West Palm Beach, FL, is dedicated to providing nutritious meals to individuals who are homebound. Each meal is thoughtfully delivered by a friendly, trained volunteer who also conducts a wellness check during their visit, ensuring that clients receive both sustenance and a moment of connection.
