Home Delivered Meals

Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Vero Beach, FL, is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides nutritious and medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian. We cater to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, as well as those who opt for our self-pay program. Our meals, specifically crafted for diverse medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring a safe and supportive dining experience. Eligibility for home delivery may vary, and clients are encouraged to consult with their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for guidance. For those without eligibility, we proudly offer affordable self-pay options at $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to select every meal and delivery according to their needs. In addition to meal services, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support clients in their health journey.
