Patches of Light is dedicated to supporting families in The Villages, FL, who are navigating the challenges of catastrophic health issues and financial difficulties. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens these families face by providing essential financial assistance for utilities, housing, gas, and grocery needs. To ensure the utmost confidentiality and effectiveness, applications for assistance must be submitted by hospital staff working closely with the affected families. We prioritize the integrity of each request, and it typically takes 2-3 weeks for applications to be processed. While we cannot engage directly with families regarding their applications, we encourage petitioners to confirm submission via email to ensure that all necessary documents have arrived securely. Through our compassionate approach, we aim to lighten the load for families during their most trying times.
