Mark Ruffalo

Mark Ruffalo is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding advanced credentials including MSW, DPsa, and LCSW. His approach to psychotherapy is rooted in the time-honored psychoanalytic method, focused on understanding and resolving deep-rooted issues underlying emotional distress. With extensive experience in managing a variety of conditions such as depression, borderline personality disorder, and schizophrenia, he has developed a particular interest in treating individuals who have previously experienced partial responses to treatment. In addition to his private practice, Mark holds faculty appointments in psychiatry at both the University of Central Florida and Tufts Medical School. He completed his academic and clinical training at the University of Pittsburgh, including additional postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Mark is also actively involved in the didactic teaching and supervision of psychiatry trainees, further showcasing his commitment to the field of mental health.
