Meals On Wheels of Tampa is dedicated to serving the nutritional needs of seniors, disabled, and homebound residents in Tampa, FL, providing fresh, healthy meals Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. In addition to daily meals, we deliver two frozen weekend meals every Friday, ensuring our clients have adequate food throughout the week. With a nominal fee of $5.50 per meal, we offer assistance to those who need it, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and care. Each meal is freshly prepared on-site in our commercial kitchen, featuring a diverse 28-day rotating menu that includes heart-healthy, diabetic, and renal-friendly options. To receive our food assistance, clients must be home during delivery hours, allowing us to ensure that our meals reach those who need them most while fostering a sense of community and support.
