Mary Ballard understands that life can be challenging, especially during times of stress, overwhelm, emotional turmoil, or significant life transitions such as loss or trauma. With diverse training in areas including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflict resolution, Mary is equipped to assist individuals in navigating life adjustments, relationship concerns, identity development, self-esteem issues, mood disorders, and much more. She welcomes individuals of all ages, including adults, teens, and pre-teens, and offers pre-marital counseling as well as family therapy. Mary is dedicated to helping those who seek her guidance to achieve their full potential and restore resiliency in their lives.
