Designed with care by a Registered Dietitian, our meals cater to diverse dietary needs tied to specific health conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring our clients receive the nutrition essential for their well-being. We prioritize health by offering meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Our services extend to beneficiaries of Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, with eligibility varying by state; clients can consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. For Medicare Advantage participants, select plans include meal delivery as part of chronic care support—verification through plan materials is advised. We also provide an affordable self-pay option at $7.75 per meal for those without eligible health coverage, granting the flexibility to choose meals and delivery schedules. In addition to food services, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, which may also be covered depending on your insurance plan.
