Valerie Richards, a dedicated counselor with credentials as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Sex Therapist (CST), and degrees in MS and EdS, embodies the philosophy of 'Vive Ut Vivas,' which means to live life to the fullest. Her mission is to empower clients, both individuals and couples, to harness their potential and overcome their challenges through supportive and positive therapy. Valerie specializes in sex therapy, sexual addiction, relationships, and various sexual issues, providing a safe and judgment-free environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns in complete confidentiality. Having received extensive training in sex therapy beyond standard licensure, she is committed to offering informed and compassionate guidance.
