The Blue Circle Health Program

The Blue Circle Health Program, located in Sebring, FL, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) through a comprehensive free virtual care program. Our mission is to provide personalized support and essential resources that cater to the unique needs of each participant. With individualized care plans lasting approximately six months, we offer a range of vital services including clinical care, insulin adjustments, insurance navigation, counseling, system navigation, one-on-one peer support, health and nutrition education, and access to T1D medications and supplies. Our commitment is to ensure that everyone living with T1D receives the guidance and care necessary to manage their health effectively.
