MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sebring, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to effectively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals and diverse treatment options that cater to individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of weight management resources, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges. Each facility may offer different services, and we encourage Veterans interested in weight loss to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to get started on their journey to better health.
