With a Doctorate in Holistic Health, she specializes in integrative yoga-based therapeutics, emphasizing restorative modalities and trauma healing. Additionally, she is Board Certified as a Drugless Practitioner by the AADP and certified as an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist.
