Winter is a dedicated therapist providing telemental health services to residents in New Jersey and Florida, supporting individuals from emergent adulthood through to seniority. With a commitment to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, Winter helps clients navigate life's challenges, both big and small. Together, they focus on cultivating growth and self-awareness, building on each client’s existing strengths. Recognizing the inherent capacity for change and self-healing, Winter encourages clients to uncover the authentic solutions to their unique challenges, often finding that the answers they seek are already within them. Winter has extensive experience assisting clients facing mental health issues complicated by medical conditions, such as MS, ALS, HIV, terminal cancers, and strokes. Additionally, as a former high school English Language Arts teacher, Winter has cultivated a rich understanding of adolescent needs, enriched by cross-cultural awareness and compassion. Prioritizing inclusivity, Winter’s practice is LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and she looks forward to meeting new clients. Each step towards therapeutic support is celebrated as a courageous choice.
