With over 20 years of combined experience as a mental health provider and first responder, Meredith has an exceptional understanding of the ways that traumatic events shape our minds and bodies. She appreciates how these events affect every aspect of life, including work, relationships, and self-perception. Her clinical work spans the nonprofit and private sectors, focusing on individual and group therapy to aid healing from abuse, stress, anxiety, addictions, and trauma. With over 15 years in the criminal justice system as a law enforcement officer and first responder training coordinator, Meredith is uniquely qualified to understand the stressors experienced by first responders and the lasting impact of trauma.
