Delene Cole recognizes that many individuals desire a change in their lives, feeling the weight of conflicts that need resolution and the discomfort that comes with pinpointing how to initiate those changes. Understanding that her clients inherently want to be successful, she provides guidance to ease the pain and uncover conflicts and patterns that hinder life satisfaction. Collaborating closely with her clients, Delene employs systemic therapy to help identify ineffective systems—whether familial, relational, occupational, or belief-based—and works to build skills and implement strategies tailored to her clients' present needs. Her multi-modal approach effectively addresses the often co-existing challenges of anxiety and depression. By integrating relational, behavioral, physiological, and psycho-educational methods with an understanding of neurologic patterns and development, Delene fosters significant results. Many of her clients have benefited from cranial electronic stimulation (CES), which is available through in-house sessions or rental units with Alpha Stim.
