Alessandra Macca is a dedicated Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by those struggling with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions. With a personal history of overcoming adversity, she is passionate about guiding others through their own healing journeys, particularly focusing on children, adolescents, and individuals coping with difficult life adjustments. Alessandra employs a client-centered and eclectic therapeutic approach, incorporating methods such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Trauma-Focused therapy to tailor her sessions to each individual’s needs.
