Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being in Saint Cloud, FL, through our Home Delivered Meals program. We specialize in providing nutritious and medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, specifically for individuals with various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals, which are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, cater to clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. For those without insurance coverage, we offer a convenient self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, ensuring that everyone can access healthy nourishment. To determine eligibility for meal delivery or other services, clients can consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging.
