Hammy's Heart is dedicated to supporting families in Saint Cloud, FL, who are caring for critically ill children. Eligible families receive gift cards to help cover essential food costs, ensuring they can provide nourishing meals during a difficult time. To participate, families must have their child verified by a doctor and obtain a referral from a social worker or healthcare provider.
