Cecilia Land is a dedicated therapist with a wealth of experience, known for her ability to listen closely and identify the key issues that should be addressed in therapy. By collaborating with clients, she helps them understand and unravel the obstacles preventing them from achieving their desires in life. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker and creative arts therapist, as well as a certified psychoanalyst, Cecilia enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, couples, and families. She approaches therapy with creativity, intuitively sensing what is needed in the moment and drawing from her extensive toolkit. Cecilia believes in the healing power of dialogue; however, when clients are not ready to talk, she seamlessly incorporates art therapy as a means for self-expression. Through her therapeutic relationship, she facilitates clients in raising their self-awareness and enhancing their capacity to tackle challenges, while exploring how current issues may be linked to past life events.
