Operation Hope of Florida

Located in Riverview, FL, Operation Hope of Florida serves as a vital food assistance hub for the Tampa Bay area, dedicated to ensuring that families in need have access to emergency food resources. As a key initiative of the Lighthouse Gospel Mission, we proudly partner with Feeding Tampa Bay and Operation Blessing of Virginia Beach to distribute wholesome food and essential hygiene products. Each month, we receive a substantial delivery of 35,000 pounds from Operation Blessing, which is then shared with over 40 local ministries, empowering them to help their communities effectively. With a commitment to alleviating food insecurity, Operation Hope distributes an impressive 2.4 million pounds of food annually, providing critical support to more than 36,000 families across the Greater Tampa Bay area who rely on our services for their daily nourishment and well-being.
