Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels of Riverview, FL, is dedicated to delivering nourishing mid-day meals to individuals within the Brandon community who are unable to prepare meals for themselves. From Monday to Friday, our compassionate volunteers—working alongside local churches—provide essential food assistance to homebound neighbors who need it most. Each meal features a balanced offering including an entrée, vegetables, starch, salad, and dessert, ensuring that our clients receive the nutrition they deserve. Eligibility for this program is available to anyone facing temporary or permanent homebound circumstances, with referrals coming from various sources such as family, friends, and community organizations. Meals are delivered between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and while there is a suggested donation to support our service, no one is turned away due to inability to pay. We are here to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it in the Brandon area.
