Sandra Shuleshko

Sandra Shuleshko is a compassionate counselor with extensive qualifications, including LMHC, MEd, NCC, CAP, and CEDS. She specializes in treating adults and elders grappling with trauma and PTSD, dissociative disorders, and eating disorders. Sandra employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), all within a supportive and non-judgmental environment. With a commitment to ongoing learning and integration of the latest research, she strives to empower her clients to uncover and challenge the deeply held beliefs and past experiences that may hinder their personal growth. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals, Sandra also collaborates with survivors of severe childhood abuse, aligning with her dedication to trauma-informed care. In addition to being a Certified Addictions Professional, she serves as a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counseling Interns in Florida and is an active member of the Southeastern Florida Association for Psychoanalytic Psychologists. Her goal is to help each client realize their potential and prosper in life through a solution-oriented approach that nurtures healing and facilitates effective problem resolution.
