Life Skills Program

The Life Skills Program in Port Saint Lucie, FL, is dedicated to empowering children and adults with disabilities across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties through practical life skills training. Our comprehensive curriculum includes essential skills such as budgeting, job searching, resume writing, and interview preparation, as well as everyday tasks like cooking and laundry. We also focus on developing confidence in using public transit and creating supportive peer relationships. By offering educational opportunities, skill-building workshops, and personalized life coaching, we strive to enhance independence and improve quality of life for our participants.
