Paola Andrea Pawlicki

Paola Andrea Pawlicki is a compassionate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Education and is a registered mental health counselor intern. Her passion for mental health has flourished over many years, ignited by her own transformative experiences with psychotherapy, which inspired her to help others on their journey. Paola approaches her clients with unconditional positive regard and whole-hearted acceptance, firmly believing that a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial for positive outcomes. She recognizes that each client is unique, and her satisfaction is derived from guiding individuals out of darkness and into the light. Utilizing a person-centered approach, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in her practice. Paola has experience working with preteens, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and more. She understands the pervasive suffering in the world and the feelings of hopelessness that often accompany attempts to make a difference. However, she believes that true change begins within oneself. Through increased self-awareness and self-love cultivated in counseling, clients will discover greater confidence and hope for the future.
