Nicole Linardi is a dedicated Mental Health Counselor and Family Systems Therapist in training who understands how challenging it can be to navigate life's daily events. Committed to practicing compassion, she provides a listening ear and supports her clients through advocacy, helping them to explore their generational narratives. Recognizing that it takes bravery to admit that one cannot face life's challenges alone, Nicole is ready to meet clients where they are and support them on their journey of self-discovery, healing, and exploration. Nicole utilizes a variety of therapeutic methods, including Bowen Family Systems Therapy (BFST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of her clients.
