Meals On Wheels of Tampa proudly serves the Plant City, FL community by delivering fresh, nutritious meals to seniors, disabled, and homebound individuals from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with two frozen meals provided for the weekend on Fridays. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted in our commercial kitchen, featuring a 28-day rotating menu that includes beloved classics alongside modern, heart-healthy, diabetic, and renal options, all designed to meet the diverse nutritional needs of our recipients. Each meal is available for a modest fee of $5.50, with assistance options provided for those who need financial support, ensuring that everyone can access the nourishment they deserve. For meal delivery, recipients must be home at the time of delivery, allowing us to connect and support our neighbors in a meaningful way while promoting health and well-being in our community.
