OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Palm Coast, FL, by providing essential resources to enhance their journey towards recovery. Our program offers a tailored financial assistance package, which includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate the burdens associated with treatment. In addition, we understand the importance of emotional support, so we provide psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling through phone consultations. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Each application is processed as it arrives, and grants are allocated based on current funding availability, ensuring our commitment to empowering resilient individuals during this critical time.
