Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Share Your Heart is dedicated to combatting food insecurity through our comprehensive food assistance program. By distributing emergency food and essential supplies, we aim to meet basic nutritional needs and uplift our community’s awareness of hunger. Our services extend beyond food, providing clothing, employment assistance, and spiritual support through our compassionate Volunteer Chaplains. We are committed to promoting self-sufficiency and enhancing the well-being of those we serve, fostering hope and connection in every interaction.
