Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, the Senior Nutrition & Wellness program is dedicated to enhancing the overall health and well-being of seniors by providing essential food assistance services. We address the diverse needs of our senior community through nutrition education, balanced daily congregate meals, and weekly grocery bags sourced from our food bank. Additionally, we deliver nutritious meals directly to homebound seniors, ensuring they receive vital nourishment and support. Alongside our meal services, we offer exercise classes to promote physical activity and well-being.
