MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that resonate with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of support, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and clinician contact, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight management, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring MOVE! options.
