Located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those in need by offering a variety of specialized resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We strive to ensure that everyone has access to the dietary supports necessary for their health and well-being, empowering our community in every meal served.
