Located in Oviedo, FL, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our comprehensive Home Delivered Meals program. We provide medically tailored meals crafted by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific dietary needs of clients navigating conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, and more. Our meals are carefully designed to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring a safe option for those with dietary restrictions. Eligible clients include individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as self-pay individuals seeking nutritious home-delivered options at an affordable rate. Whether through government assistance or our self-pay program, we strive to deliver freshly prepared meals right to your door, making healthy eating accessible and convenient for everyone in our community.
