Malini Bhramdat

Malini Bhramdat is a registered clinical social worker intern (RCSWI, MSW) who approaches therapy through a holistic framework. She believes that every individual, regardless of age, deserves to feel happy and healthy. With experience spanning school-age children, adolescents, parents, families, college students, and young adults navigating transitions, Malini utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief techniques. Throughout her career, she has passionately worked to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, has access to effective mental health support, emotional and physical safety in their relationships, and a sense of purpose and motivation in their lives. Currently serving in a hospital setting, Malini offers guidance in navigating community resources to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive mental and social support. Clients can expect a warm and non-judgmental space for therapy, where Malini is committed to supporting their feelings and assisting them through challenging times. Her clinical focus is on relieving distress, identifying maladaptive patterns, and enhancing self-care, with the ultimate goal of guiding her clients toward leading healthier, more authentic, and fulfilling lives.
