Lilly Vargas is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families through deep emotional challenges. Specializing in women's issues, relationship dynamics, and life transitions, she understands that feelings of disappointment, loneliness, and unworthiness can weigh heavily on the heart. With a belief that life’s burdens are meant to be shared, Lilly creates a safe space for clients of all ages—from children to elders—to explore their struggles in various relationships, whether with family members or partners. Her passion lies in fostering self-love and addressing relational conflicts, as she utilizes approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy to guide clients toward healing. No matter the age or circumstances, Lilly empowers her clients, equipping them with the tools and resources to reclaim their lives from anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
