Dj Spigener, MA, LMHC, is a dedicated counselor who understands the feelings of being lost or uncertain about the future. With a strong belief that now is the perfect time for change, Dj provides a cooperative and holistic approach to therapy that revolves around the client’s personal, relational, and professional goals. The mission is to offer sustainable relief and freedom to every individual, ensuring that each person's journey is supported and guided. Dj brings over five years of experience in residential substance abuse treatment, where they have successfully facilitated individual, group, and family therapy for those affected by addiction. Additionally, Dj has a background in mentoring at-risk youth and adolescents at a local charter school. At Total Health Guidance, Dj works with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team that also offers Nutrition, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy, in addition to comprehensive psychological evaluations. The team is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Bosnian, and accommodates various insurance plans, making mental health resources accessible to all.
