Char Listens

Char Listens is a compassionate counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She has a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals through life's challenges, including grief, as well as helping them develop effective coping skills. With a genuine love for people, Char brings hope, help, and healing to those she works with on their unique life journeys. Her eclectic therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a faith-based holistic perspective, enabling her to address the diverse needs of her clients, ranging from preteens to elders. Char specializes in assisting individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, and various life transitions. Her extensive experience and education enrich her ability to guide clients in discovering their God-given gifts and talents, empowering them to pursue their dreams.
