Allison Jones

Allison Jones is a compassionate and skilled counselor, holding both an MS and an MA in her field, as well as being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She understands that deciding to seek therapy is a profoundly personal journey and aims to create a sense of safety and confidence in the therapeutic process. Allison provides a non-judgmental environment where clients can collaboratively explore the challenges life presents. She specializes in helping individuals manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, stress management, and effective communication. With extensive experience in diverse settings, including therapeutic group homes, schools, juvenile detention centers, and mental health facilities, she has successfully assisted a wide range of clients with various emotional and behavioral challenges. Allison has a particular passion for working with teens, adults, and children. Life is undoubtedly challenging, and whether a client grapples with future decisions, present worries, or feelings of shame and regret from the past, Allison is dedicated to helping them navigate these issues with faith and confidence, guiding them toward a brighter future.
