Prescriptive Nutrition

Located in Orange Park, FL, Prescriptive Nutrition is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through personalized nutrition support. We provide a welcoming environment where clients can meet with nursing students and dietitians to discuss their unique dietary needs and track their progress, all while gaining valuable nutrition education. Our program connects clients to fresh, healthy food options and facilitates access to local food assistance resources, including food banks, meal sites, and mobile pantries. During challenging times, we also offer guidance for applying for SNAP (food stamps) and Medicaid to ensure that everyone in the community has access to the nourishment they need.
