Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly: Florida PACE Centers

At Florida PACE Centers in North Miami Beach, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors by providing a comprehensive health plan that supports independent living in the comfort of their own homes. Our program is designed for seniors who wish to maintain their autonomy while receiving essential services including home and primary care, therapeutic and recreational activities, nutritional counseling, and transportation to medical appointments. We understand the importance of holistic care, which is why we also offer physical and occupational therapy, hospital and nursing home care, and dentistry services. Enrolling in our PACE program can take up to a month, and our knowledgeable staff is here to assist with eligibility discussions, including options for private pay if you are not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid.
