Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program

The Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program, located in North Miami Beach, FL, is dedicated to supporting functionally impaired seniors by providing essential community-based services that empower them to live independently and avoid premature institutionalization. Our comprehensive offerings include case management, adult day care, homemaker services, companionship, emergency alert response, home-delivered meals, housing improvements, personal care, and access to specialized medical equipment. We strive to ensure that all elderly clients receive necessary assistance, with co-payments adjusted on a sliding scale to enhance service accessibility; those at or below the federal poverty level are exempt from fees. We prioritize services for elders referred by the Department of Children and Families’ Adult Protective Services who are victims of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, ensuring timely support to prevent further harm and promote wellness within our community.
