Jenna Waterbury is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over fifteen years of experience in providing compassionate and effective therapy in Florida and Michigan. She specializes in helping individuals navigate the complexities of emotional challenges, including unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Jenna understands that everyone encounters moments in their lives where unhealthy coping skills surface and the support of an unbiased professional can make a difference. Her therapy practice includes individual, couple, and family counseling aimed at guiding clients towards a healthier state of being. With expertise in trauma treatment, she utilizes techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
