To maintain confidentiality and ensure that support is appropriately targeted, applications must be submitted by hospital staff working with the family, and the review process takes about 2-3 weeks. Due to our commitment to privacy, we are unable to engage directly with families regarding applications or outcomes. We encourage all petitioners to confirm their application via email to ensure its receipt, allowing us to assist in a timely manner.
